Relaxing facial massage - time to refill your inner batteries
Facial massage is not a luxurious experience reserved for spa days!
Some of the main benefits of regular facial massage include reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, helping with lymphatic drainage, and relieving muscle tension, as well as reducing stress and helping you to feel more relaxed overall.
The process of facial massage
After you arrive, we will take care of the administration, I will offer you a few sips of water or tea, because hydration is important :)
Then I will ask you to change, in order to protect your outerwear and make my work easier, you will be given a cosmetic treatment gown.
I will show you where, with what products and how the treatment will take place. After that, all you have to do is rest, relax, enjoy the gentle movements, scents and recharge.
Don't be scared by the fact that I always start the massage with elements taken from lymphatic massage on the chest. There are professional reasons for this, if you are interested, I will be happy to tell you before or after the treatment. You will also be given a headband to protect your hair from the products.
Although the name of the massage is facial massage, it also affects the chest, upper arms, shoulders and neck, and the DeLuxe package also includes a head massage. Your hair will not be greasy or oily and you can comb it after the treatment if you wish.

The Fohow method: the Fohow bioenergetic massage is a pleasant massage-treatment where the client can change the intensity for themselves.
The therapist uses special massage gloves (with silver thread) that are connected to the Fohow device. First, the herbal massage gel is applied to the skin, then comes the nice and relaxing therapy. At the end the Fohow energetic gel is applied to the client's back.

About me
I started to learn Reiki in 2017, then I trained myself in the world of massages. After my injury in 2024 I stopped doing my beloved massages (relaxing massage, lomilomi) for a year.
During this period I was looking for treatments and methods where I could use my previous experiences, so I started doing Face massage & Fohow® treatment. A lof of people asked for, so I have made tradicional massage-packages again from 45 to 60 min.
I always learn something new because there is always room for improvement in the world of massages.
I'm waiting for you in a non-judgmental, cosy environment, in peace. My phone doesn't ring during the treatment, I just listen to you and your body. During some treatments, pleasant music is played, but there are some where silence is the greatest contribution. My island of peace is in the heart of Debrecen, a few minutes walk from Nagytemplom.
